30-Day Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

• Email care@mirevyne.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
• We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
• Pack the items securely and drop them off with the carrier.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges for size are free. Contact us and we'll reserve your new size while your return is in transit.

• Final sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost.
